At The Last Meeting: Johnny B's will be closing for the winter so there will not be a new trail there this year. The Rio club is looking into having ice drags this year. They are asking if any clubs would be interested in helping out to make money for the individual clubs. Our club showed interest depending on the date. Work on the Duck creek bridge will be put on hold until after the land transfer takes place the land transfer goes before the planning commission in Nov. Our groomer needs some maintenance, Doug will coordinate with Chad. Grass drags are Oct. 26th at N9573 Cty XX. We will not have a tent this year we will be using trailers. Members are asked to be there at 10:00 for setup. A flyer will be attached to this email. The clubs 50th anniversary party will be Nov 9th at the Rod & Gun club from 5-8. It will be set up open house style. We will have mini ham sandwiches and hor d'oeuvres. Members are asked to be there at 4pm to prepare the food. Diane will be in charge of getting the food and also preparing pics and invite for Facebook. Sam Miller will be making a cake. Steve will send out invites to the landowners County members will also be invited Reminder to visit to place your nut order! $5 flat shipping on all orders! County meeting is Oct 24th at the Ballroom at 7:30 Our next meeting Nov 4th at the Ballroom at 7:30
